Opened test pots and wallpaper samples cannot be returned

If you wish to return any applicable items bought from our online store, we'll be happy to refund a product providing it's in fully resalable condition.

Online returns should be made within 30 days of purchase and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning products and this must be done at the buyers cost. (Please note, returns for store purchases must be made within 28 days)

We are unable to refund any delivery charge (except where goods received are either faulty or incorrect).

We advise that all rolls are inspected prior to hanging as a refund can not be issued once the product has been hung. We also can not be held responsible for decorators costs when goods are not inspected prior to hanging - you should not throw away the Product Labels until you have finished decorating.

To return your order please visit the following link - https://www.clicksit.com/ilw/, and you will receive an email including a return postage label. Unfortunately we're unable to cover return postage costs, this service will cost £5.95 and the amount will be deducted from your refund total.

To help us identify your order, please print and fill in our Returns Form and pop it inside of the parcel. Alternatively, just include your name, address, order number and reason for return inside of your parcel.

Once you have printed off your returns form, which will be emailed to you, you can take this to your local Collect Plus+ store, you can use a handy store locator here - Parcel Drop Off & Collection Point Locator | Collect+ delivered by Yodel

No printer? No problem - click the 'download barcode' button in your returns email and save the barcode to your phone. Show this barcode in a Collect Plus+ store and they will print the returns label for you. This service is available in most Collect Plus+ stores, please check the store locator if you're unsure.

Please note all returns must be made within 30 days of the goods purchase date and in the original packaging/condition.

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, we suggest using an international courier. All costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do not have access to a printer you're more than welcome to return the items back through another courier service of your choice. Returns can be sent to:

Shop Returns:

Only purchases made in-store can be returned to stores. These must be made within 28 days of the purchase. Stores do not have the facilities to process online returns. 

Due to the quick turnaround in our warehouse and sales process, once an order has been confirmed we are unable to make changes or cancel an order that has been dispatched.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cancelling whole orders
  • Removing specific items from an order
  • Including additional items from the same batch
  • Updating delivery addresses

This does not affect your statutory rights and we are happy to issue refunds made within 30 days of purchase and in original, undamaged packaging. 

Please note, the buyer is responsible for returning products and this must be done at the buyer's cost. If the full order is returned within 30 days, the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost paid will be refunded. Please note, only our standard delivery cost will be refunded (£5.95), regardless of the delivery option chosen to ship the order.

In the event of a fault please contact us immediately via our help center here.  

In most cases we will ask you to send a sample of the product clearly showing the fault, along with all the product labels – it should not be necessary to return all of the faulty product.
 
Please note: You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging and you should not throw away the product labels until you have finished decorating. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
