All orders must be signed for at the address to which it is shipped. We offer competitive worldwide delivery rates. For pricing, please add the desired products to your basket and choose your delivery country at the checkout. Our system will then calculate the weight of your order and show the delivery cost.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return anything bought from our online store, we'll be happy to refund a product providing it's in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made and arrive back to us within 60 days of purchase and in original, undamaged packaging. Should we receive your return outside of the 60 day returns policy it would be your responsibility to arrange a collection of your wallpaper as a refund will no longer be applicable.
Please note the buyer is responsible for returning products and this must be done at the buyer's cost. We are unable to refund any delivery charge (except where goods received are either faulty or incorrect).
We advise that all rolls are inspected before hanging as a refund can not be issued once the product has been hung. We also can not be held responsible for decorator's costs when goods are not inspected before hanging. In the event of a fault please contact us immediately. In most cases we will ask you to send a sample of the Product clearly showing the fault along with all the Product Labels – it should not be necessary to return all of the faulty products. Please note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging and you should not throw away the Product Labels until you have finished decorating. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

Please note all returns must be made within 60 days of the goods purchase date and in the original packaging/condition.
** Shop Returns: Only purchases made in-store can be returned to stores. These must be made within 28 days of the purchase. Stores do not have the facilities to process online returns.
